Seating Blocks for Purging Plugs

RR-W and RR-BW series of seating blocks are made from high-purity, high-density, high-strength materials with materials
with a matrix-adjusted system (MAS). These products exhibit the features of a stable structure, good corrosion/erosion
resistance and long service life.
They can be applied on all kinds of ladles with different capacities while RR-SK4, RR-T33 and RR-T39 series can be
applied on small sized non-refining ladles.

Packaging: Wooden Pallets.
Storage and Shipping Notice: Keep dry and handle with care.

Well Blocks for Inner Nozzles

RR-WS series of well blocks are made from high-purity, high-density, high-strength materials with a matrix-adjusted
system (MAS). These products exhibit the features of a shock resistance and long service life.

Packing: Wooden pallets.
Shipping Notice: Keep dry and handle with care. Do not use if the block is cranked.

Inner Nozzles

In the steel plants, the performance of inner nozzles will have a remarkable effect on the service life of ladle bottom, which
directly affects the ladle campaign. Therefore, RRIPL has developed inner nozzles based on the optimised technology
and the tightest compacting on the material. This development results in superior resistance to thermal shock, erosion,
oxidation resistance and long service.

Packing: Card board or wooden boxes on wooden pallets. The overall dimensions can meet our customer’s requirement.
Storage: Keep dry and handle with care. The shelf life is 6 months.

Collector Nozzles

RR series of collector nozzles are made from corundum, bauxite, flake graphite, anti-oxidants and phenol resin. They
show the features of excellent thermal shock resistance, stable performance, good corrosion and erosion resistance, and
strong cracking resistance.

Packing: Card board or wooden boxes on wooden pallets. The overall dimensions can meet our customer’s requirement.
Storage: Keep dry and handle with Care. The shelf life is 6 months.
