Ranchi Refractories (Ind) Pvt. Ltd. (RRIPL) was established in 1978 and with rich experience in manufacturing, it is
serving clients all over the world from iron and steel plant to aluminium, glass, cement and power plants. RRIPL is
committed to build strong relationship with its customers, suppliers and employees to achieve its goal to supply
world-class product with commitment to deliver it on time.
RRIPL has annual production capacity of 18000 MT for Bricks and 42000 MT for various Monolithic. We are
continuously working on developing better quality with our
team of research & development.
Infrastructure Overview
Raw Material: Situated in the mineral-rich belt of Jharkhand occupying 380000 sq feet store yard for raw material storage.
Crushing: Plant has all the latest technology-driven crushers like Jaw crushers, Disintegrators, Impact mills, and Ball mills to take care of angular and microfine grinding.
Mixing: Mullers, Paddle, Pan, and Counter Current Mixers make sure that materials are mixed homogeneously.
Pressing: Various Electric Screw Press, Hydraulic & Fiction Screw Presses of 400 T to 800 T capacities.
Firing: Tunnel Kiln for firing up to 17500 C and many other small dryers.
Dispatch: The materials are checked and sorted out before delivery ensuring the best quality. We ensure every brick passes quality control before delivery.
