Dense Clay
Usually dense firebricks are used in applications with extreme mechanical, chemical, or thermal stresses, such as the inside of a wood-fired kiln or a furnace, which is subject to abrasion from wood, fluxing from ash or slag, and high temperatures.
BOTTOM POURING
Bottom Pouring Set is a complete combination set of Crown or Center Bricks, Sleeves, Funnel, Bottom Trumpet Sleeve, Runner bricks, End Runner Bricks and special hollow shapes for bottom pouring molten metal.
Bottom Pouring is extensively used in manufacturing of alloy steel which is casted in form of ingots.
PRECAST SHAPES
Pre Cast Pre Fired Refractory is called as PCPF and is used to manufactures shapes from LC / ULCC Castables.
Burner Blocks, special shapes of Re-heating furnaces, preparing delta for EAF roof, etc are few areas which uses precast shapes.
SHAPE BRICKS
Refractories have endless applications and covers numerous industries. The shape refractory makes such application possible.
Re-heating, walking beam and other furnaces require shape bricks without which lining of these furnaces are nearly impossible. RRIPL has been manufacturing shape bricks from last 40 years.
